I’ve been a creator along with my wife April since 2009 and believe it or not, I didn’t hire my first VA until about 2 years ago.  It was something I went back and forth on for years and years and it’s honestly been a game-changer. But it hasn’t been without its challenges.  Mainly because I take a lot of pride in this business we’ve built and the thought of someone coming in and messing with that felt super scary!  Do I have to give them my passwords? Are they gonna see sensitive information? What if they steal my identity and siphon my bank accounts leaving me no choice but to start from zero and reinvent myself as a male model? I mean it wouldn’t be the worst thing…
 
But anyway, in order to truly understand the Pros and Cons of hiring a VA, I asked two experts here today to settle this debate, once and for all.
