The word "honest" encompasses a lot. We need to be honest with those we know and love, we need to be honest with strangers we meet throughout our lives, and we need to be honest with ourselves. The first thought that comes to mind is not to lie. Yes, lying is dishonest, but so is taking advantage of something or someone so that we gain either profit or some other type of reward.
