Better Boundaries in Life and Business
We all know we need "boundaries"....but what does that even mean? It's often throw out as a panacea for any situation. "You just need boundaries." <br/><br/>New definition of boundaries: "Decisions you've had time to consider in advance"<br/><br/>If you're an employee and unhappy at work, it likely has to do with boundaries. Either your employer has boundaries (rules/decisions) you don't agree with OR they don't have boundaries at all and you're left trying to create them for yourself.<br/><br/>This is a huge struggle for new business owners. We don't realize how many of our past boundaries were actually created by our prior employers. We existed within their ecosystem and rules, not realizing we were depending on that structure.
