After Abraham, Isaac firmly followed the same law as scripture tells us. Then, we get detail in the life of Jacob where multiple tithes are mentioned including what he tithed which, like Abraham, was more than food including gold. We discover when Jacob gave and with Levi still not even born, he wasn't giving to Levites and he had no Tabernacle nor Temple. These were never requirements.
