Big Screen meets Little Kitchen: David Moscow

You likely recognize him from the classic movie “Big”, but David Moscow is now tackling an even bigger project. As the host and creator of the innovative tv show “From Scratch”, David has travelled the world in order to better connect with the origins of the food we eat. When he discovered Little Kitchen Academy, he identified parallels with many of the positive practices he’s learned on his culinary adventures.
