Bill Maher Praises Ramaswamy, West Nile Virus & LA’s Cashless Business Ban

Liberal comedian Bill Maher showered GOP hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy with praise during an hour-long discussion on Sunday's installment of his "Club Random" podcast. A number of restaurants and businesses in Los Angeles have decided if you can't pay via credit card or a digital payment app, you can't pay at all.
