Bonus Episode: My Journey of Releasing Alcohol
For the last 10 years, I have struggled to regulate my alcohol consumption. After turning to wine again after 3 years of being sober, I am back on the sober path. This journey has been a tough one, and in this episode I am very vulnerable sharing those details. My only hope is by being open about my own struggles, I can inspire someone else to do the same.

If you are questioning if you have a problem with alcohol, I encourage you to take a break for 30 days and be very mindful of the chatter in your brain. This will give you incredible insight so you can make an informed decision to either give it up for good or at the very least, adjust your relationship with it.

If you would like support (from a non-medical professional) from someone who has been there, feel free to schedule a free Discovery Session on my website, www.relentlesspursuitcoaching.com.

Thank you for holding space, friends!
