Boss Talks: Episode 44 with Charlotte Pisciotta
Charlotte Pisciotta’s 25-year career has taken her from a National Director of Sales and Marketing to Vice President of Full House Marketing, to her current role as Membership & Marketing Director for the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association. From rolling up her sleeves at her student communities, to successfully rolling out new software and quarterly marketing plans to a portfolio of over 10,000 units, Charlotte meets challenges head-on with a smile. It’s this expertise and knowledge that she brings to every marketing project and training that creates a unique experience for clients and audiences.Charlotte loves volunteering with local, state, and national apartment associations. She is a past president of two Michigan NAA affiliates and serves on the NAA Apartmentalize Committee. Charlotte presents programs for associations and management companies, is faculty for NAA’s Education Institute, and holds a certification in Creative Training Techniques.
