Bowie State University Offers Free College Program To Inmates

Bowie State University, the oldest HBCU in the state of Maryland, is doing something extraordinary. It's offering a free college degree program to inmates. The university's president, Aminta H. Breaux, is Inside The Eagle's Nest w/ Joe Madison to explain the program, the requirements to be eligible and also how this program helps them get ready to reenter into the world once they're out.
