The ultimate mission for CargoSprint is to enhance the human experience, particularly in the cargo industry. This industry can be very stressful, especially for those involved in a fast-paced environment, air cargo. As a humanistic business, technology is used to improve these experiences and reduce stress levels for operators by providing assistance and creating a more relaxed work environment. While CargoSprint’s network was expanding, the primary focus initially was on air cargo. One of the key offerings CargoSprint gives today is a platform that enables truckers to receive payment seamlessly from freight forwarders. By establishing truckers as vendors in the system, freight forwarders can easily pay their charges through our platform. At the beginning of COVID, a challenge that was faced was transitioning to remote work and adopting a hybrid model. Regardless of whether employees are in the office or working from home, it remains essential to maintain a strong connection to the company's purpose. Not just mentioning the values, but embedding them, ensuring they are lived every day.  To foster connection with a team, Rayo’s program includes designated days for specific focus to help highlight and encourage participation in company values. A hybrid schedule, this help to strengthen culture, encourage participation, and build a sense of community. CargoSprint’s ethical foundation begins from within each individual. Everything that surrounds them must reflect what’s carried inside. To initiate positive change, Rayo encourages the audience to examine themselves.
