The New York Jets defeated the Carolina Panthers in their preseason opener on Saturday night. The Jets' defense dominated the game, holding the Panthers to just 165 total yards. The Panthers struggled on offense, with Bryce Young completing just 4 of 6 passes for 21 yards.
