Ceremony of the Mushroom Medicine (Part 1)

This week, Mikayla tells us about the most powerful and life-changing night of her life, sitting in ceremony with Mushroom medicine. This was an all-women experience, carried out in sisterhood, that also included Cacao, Hape, and Sananga medicines. In this part 1 of our most powerful episode to date, Mikayla speaks to her profound healing of the sisterhood wound while being held in sisterhood. Her process involves letting go of old stories of deep inner distrust in women, struggling with female friendships, moving through feelings of judgement from self and others, and being a survivor of bullying. We talk about finding forgiveness and acceptance of these past traumatic experiences as she moves into a place of true peace and freedom, as well as being able to hold empathy and compassion for all souls involved.
