Chad Costa

25 years of fire service experience. Currently the Assistant Chief with Petaluma FD in Northern California. Chief Costa has worked in a variety of organizations, including the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE), rural districts, semi-rural districts. He is currently working on a masters degree in fire service leadership and emergency services management.
