We have Shack back in the building today, and he’s unpack what his training and nutrition has looked in prep for the Mooloolaba triathlon. We go back to the very start and what pushed him to want to do the triathlon, and what he’s implemented in his routine to get ready! Despite stacking it on a 13km run on busy road (get ready to laugh, cause it’s a hell of a story), nothing has stopped Shack from committing to training twice a day and fuelling his body correctly to be full prepared to smash it on the day in sub 3 hours!
