This is not one of those corny messages where someone talks about how much they are a servant leader and they go on telling you about how much they serve. Chances are those people are the most selfish and least servant based leaders. This is a reminder to coaches that our job is to serve the athletes we get to work with. We have the ability to work with some great people and help them achieve their highest form of potential.
