Coercion Does Not Lead To Cohesion
Is there a fine line between coercion and cohesion for leaders within an organization? When creating these spaces, what does the culture of your organization look like as you strive to maintain a level of collaboration?Coercion Does Not Lead To Cohesion Takeaways:As leaders, we need to teach our team and other leaders the ability to process how they do what they do without breaking any of their morals and/or ethics in their leadership skills.Strive to create cohesion at every level of position you hold. Do not try to create the glue only while you are leading, or while it is your name that is in the corner office. As leaders, we must recognize that there are no deadlines to cohesion. Begin your journey in leadership and allow other leaders to inherit where you have left off.Foster a "servant leadership" style of philosophy, Leaders serve best by serving those who are leading with them.Help leaders to change their mindset through collaboration.
