Overseeing the operation of The Coffee Ethic and Cherry Pickers became a full time responsibility for owner Michelle Billionis when her husband passed away suddenly at the age of 44. Immediately her world shifted. She had to find a way to grieve, take care of her family and run a business. Michelle’s story is one of resilience, perseverance and the ability to adapt.
