In this episode of Communicating for Impact, Patrice Buzzanell invites Tim Schatto-Eckrodt, Lena Frischlich, and Jason Hannan to discuss issues of online discourse and misinformation in the era of social media. The guests call for public education to rekindle a spirit of trust and to promote media literacy.
