 Psychologist Bruce Tuckman came up with the memorable phrase "forming, storming, norming, and performing" in his 1965 paper, "Developmental Sequence in Small Groups." If looked at individually these words do not really mean all that much. I'm letting you know they actually are a powerful roadmap to creating powerful relationships, teams and organizations.
