Today's episode, interrupted with tech trouble and my cat, is a visualization meditation to connect ourselves to the wider community. Often we feel isolated, and a short meditation to remind ourselves of our true shared community is a very important antidote to isolation, loneliness and fear of being alone, or, it's opposite, the fear of mixing with others and then getting hurt or rejected. Let's shift our fearfulness within first, to help us change our lives without.
