We talk the 80's and 90's in Long Island New York and all the money and time that wasn't maxamized . I ask some hard questions about why more investment wasn't made in the crack era from the street dudes how had it.. Was fear of doing new business a reason for not investing in the property and area around. We all know the stories and legends of that time.
