This week we are hearing from Liam Rushmer who is the Founder & Fitness Professional, at Fitness Rush Ltd. He was born in Huntingdon, raised in St Ives and now lives in Sutton near Ely. Married in 2016 he's the very proud father of two daughters aged 2 and 5.
