Noel is a 22-year veteran of the military, having served as an enlisted Security Forces Airman in the U.S. Air Force and a Commissioned Aviation Officer (UH-60Blackhawk pilot) in the U.S. Army. He and his wife Claudia began their real estate journey in 2011 with a small portfolio of single-family rentals and flips, then made the transition into commercial multifamily investing in January 2020. Shortly after, he co-founded the 'Joint Chiefs of Real Estate' or 'JCORE', a tight-knit team of active duty and veteran apartment syndicators, with the aim to assist veterans struggling with PTSD and homelessness.
