Massive amounts of people taking supplements to find their way to a dream world. Because of the way of the world a full night of rest is extremely difficult to achieve. Rather than pop more pills I De Frag the struggles. Break down the triggers and or things I was doing in the moments before leaping into a world of REM. For me the situation isn't based on falling asleep it's staying asleep. De Fragging the journey helps us keep a written record of good and bad habits and newer unseen areas of why your anxiety could be on the increase and not getting sleep is a signal.
