Disappointment - Is how we handle it with our youth disappointing? 😬

This week is our first co-hosted episode....and man I was a little nervous. <br/>I realized that if I am going to know if what I am teaching and how I am guiding youth is actually landing as I hope, I need to ask the people I am trying to serve if I'm on the right track or if I'm talking out my ass!
