Discipline leads to freedom.
In this week's Episode, I want to remind you again of the crucial principle that discipline leads to freedom. You know I'm a freedom warrior via passion, via health, via legal strategies, via industrial hemp and via freedom of speech, particularly through comedy. If you want freedom, I say you need to adopt, review and commit to disciplines that serve you. I give you five specific examples of how discipline leads to different freedoms that you can have in your life. I then suggest seven different disciplines that may help you to clarify what new disciplines will be of value to you to take your next big leap. I trust that my frequent discussions on freedom help you to focus on this crucial aspect of being human so that you don't accidentally or negligently lose the freedoms that you might otherwise take for granted.

Visit either one or both of my websites.

For individual work and to start your Self-Awareness and Passion Quest http://charleskovess.com/

For corporate and public programs http://www.kovess.com/

Register to receive my regular Passion Points To Ponder via either website.

Visit my YouTube page for the video-podcast https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5uV0nR0DFRkbQu3-dM8JvSAioPrzc4Od

Listen to my fortnightly radio program, Mind Medicine, on TNTRadio.Live here:
https://tntradio.live/shows/mind-medicine-with-charles-kovess/

For direct emails and book orders, send me an email: charles@kovess.com
In this episode.
