From being the little girl who played HR (even firing her mother when she was five years old) and sold shares in her "company" to running a successful People Operations consulting business and speaking internationally while battling more diagnosis than most 70-year-olds, I have had quite the journey, and I wouldn't have it any other way!<br />I am neurodiverse (Bipolar, OCD,  Misophonia) and physically diverse (multiple diagnosis including a seizure disorder) and I am successful WITH my diagnosis, not in spite of them. My neurodiversity is my super power! <br />My missions are inclusion, innovation, and integrity. <br />I enjoy speaking and providing actionable advice about diversity and inclusion, innovating hiring, HR Tech, entrepreneurship, neurodiversity, and general empowerment. I am energetic and enjoy using comedy, but be ware!... I am also very bold and while I can certainly filter my language, I always tell it how it is, and wouldn't have it any other way. <br />I have spoken for United Nations delegates through AIMS, London School of Business, SHRM, HR Disrupter Summit, Web Summit, and many podcasts<br /><br />Katherine, a physically and neurodiverse woman herself, built her career on inclusive innovation in People Operations and HR Tech.
