Do it Scared

All things new that we don't already know how to do or how we will do at it, are scary and intimidating. The future and the unknown comes with a lot of potential of both good and bad... but if we shy away from it, and the things that we may want to do but sometimes are too scared of failing to try, then we will end up living a life full of regret. It's important to lean into the unknown sometimes, and be willing to put yourself out there to find out what you're willing to be risky and struggle for. It's also important to remember we've all been there and anyone who has accomplished anything has most likely had those same feelings at some point. This week I talk about my experiences with putting myself out there scared and nervous as hell, but showing up anyway and being honest about where I'm at.
