Does the Bible Speak? - Abortion and OT Law

Almost half of Christians say the Bible is ambiguous on its teaching on abortion. Why didn't Jesus speak on abortion or homosexuality-- Was He pro-LGBT and pro-abortion-- The Old Testament law is important to establish a biblical standard of ethics on abortion.
