Durja Kumar Rai is former National Volleyball Player and Former IGP of the Armed Police Force. Rai became first Nepali player to play professional volleyball in Nepal after he was roped in by German club in 1983. Rai shared is experiences of coming from Bhojpur to Kathmandu and his rise through the ranks in volleyball and service with us.दुर्ज कुमार राई पूर्व राष्ट्रिय भलिबल खेलाडी र सशस्त्र प्रहरी बलका पूर्व महानिरीक्षक हुन् । सन् १९८३ मा जर्मन क्लबमा अनुबन्ध भएपछि उनी व्यावसायिक भलिबल खेल्ने पहिलो नेपाली बने । राईले भोजपुरबाट काठमाडौं झर्दाको आफ्नो अनुभव तथा खेलकुद र कर्तव्य पूरा गर्दाको अनुभव साटेका छन् ।
