D'autres qui repoussent tes clients. Il faut bien choisir ses mots, ses tournures de phrases, ses affirmations.... afin de véhiculer le bon message pour conclure la vente ! On fait TOUS des erreurs de sémantique ; l'important c'est de les corriger rapidement et de s'améliorer dans notre vocabulaire.
