E15: Sound bath: Firmly on the Matilda's bandwagon, sober curious living and the new moon rises
In this episode Steph shares her experience with Sound baths - a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. . She discusses her details of her “baths” in Singapore and Australia, including how sound baths were a bonding experience during her pregnancy with Arthur and helped comfort her after his passing. Some potential benefits mentioned are that the sounds and vibrations can help with blocked energy and different parts of the body. Other things discussed:- Chloe and her husband considering giving up alcohol and the realizations that led to that discussion (1:12)- Getting on the Matilda’s bandwagon and the excitement around Wednesday’s game #tilitsdone (9:27)- Steph's experience in a recent massage/bodywork (14:20)- Information about the upcoming Leo New Moon, how Venus retrograde, Uranus, and Black Moon Lilith are influencing it, and the themes it may bring up (20:52)- The page of wands tarot card that represents the week, which features a free-spirited woman and signifies a new journey (26:40)<br/>Thank you for listening, we hope you enjoy the show.
