This is recap of the 6th annual EOGC (East Ohio Grip Championship). This event was ran by Mike and Sara Saffell at Saffell Performance. The gym is located in Bethesda, Ohio. This competition was dual sanctioned with Armlifting USA (Stage 2 Super Series) and Grip Sport International. Jason Dingey won first place overall and Melissa Dingey won first place overall for women's division.
