Ep. 13 - The Communication of Managing Expectations
Have you ever felt blindsided? Like things keep happening that you just couldn't anticipate, or that shock you, leaving you feeling like you've been on an emotional rollercoaster you never signed up for?

When we're on the receiving end of another's actions or decisions, we have limited control over the context, timing and delivery of the information coming at us. This means there are many unknown variables we can't anticipate. When in this predicament, considering we don't have 'mindreader' on our resumes it can be blindsiding. Episode 13 gives you strategies for taking more control over the situation to help you keep your cool in the toughest of situations, and also teaches you as the giver of precarious information, how to handle those conversations with integrity, compassion and kindness.
