How I've gone from constantly saying "I'm not a runner" to the complete opposite. I always hated running and sporadically ran a 5km at best. Reluctantly at that too. But now I'm training for events that involve an abundance of running. Let's explore the switch and how it's helped me to become a much better me across body and mind.
