Ep 24 The Power of Suggestion; the Most Proximal and Distal Suggestions and the Promise of Transformation

Suggestion is a powerful mode of creating influence, personal power and transformation within an individual. The fake it till you make it adage pales in comparison to what a well-placed suggestion can do in the mind and life of the suggestable person. To be suggestable does not mean lacking intelligence and gullible. We are suggestable not only to the words but to what is implied by external environment and body language as much as we are the spoken word. Being astute to where the suggestion is occurring can limit or mitigate the effects of the powerful suggestion that comes from without but can transform us within.
