Ep 6: Lisa from Lullabies on NICU Nursing, Sleep Coaching and Breastfeeding Support
Welcome to episode 6 of Next of Kin: Parents Podcast! I'm Emma, a British Expat, and Mum of 1, living in Dubai, UAE, and this podcast follows along my own journey raising my daughter and starting my first business.

Today I am joined on the podcast by Lisa Adair from Lullabies. Lisa has 20 years of experience as a NICU and pediatric nurse in the UK and the Gulf. Now Lisa is using her knowledge and passion to help families with breastfeeding support and gentle, holistic sleep coaching.

I really enjoyed hearing about Lisa's experience nursing in Saudi Arabia. I loved how funny and honest she is when admitting to calling 111 about her vomiting baby despite her own nursing experience. I also managed to take away some tips when it comes to getting my baby to take a bottle, and we discuss the sleep coaching industry and what makes her approach gentle and holistic.

Links:
Lullabies Website: https://lullabies.ae/
Lullabies Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lullabiesdxb/?hl=en
Lullabies Link tree: https://linktr.ee/lullabiesdxb
TMF for Woohoo Wednesday Playdate: https://www.instagram.com/themumfolk/?hl=en
Safe Sleep Seven: https://llli.org/the-safe-sleep-seven/
The Lullaby Trust: https://www.lullabytrust.org.uk/safer-sleep-advice/

This episode is not sponsored.
Website: https://nextofkin.ae
Instagram: @nextofkin.ae
Tiktok: @nextofkin.ae
Threads: @19165110
Email: podcast@nextofkin.ae
