We in the VO world (especially the first few years) seem to dive deep into learning, working, podcasts, etc and we get lost in the endeavors. However we have to learn to "get out of the booth" and reconnect with life so we don't experience fatigue, burnout, exhaustion and even disconnections from the rest fo our lives. Creatives love being in the creative world and pulling back isnt always easy.Today the guys discuss how they back away (well 2 of them anyway have this down and one is working on it) sharing their "get away" go-to's and how they try and clear their minds and reconnect with others and balance the time at work.It's not easy.
