EP106 Jo Irving talks about having courage in creativity and self-care
Jo Irving is a hairdresser and also a professional business and personal coach. She joins host Nicky Pope in the Respectfully podcast studio and talks about having courage in creativity and self-care for hairdressers. She says her greatest passion in life now is empowering creatives to live an authentic and successful life full of joy. Jo shares with Nicky her way of working and the support that hairdressers can find in safeguarding their own wellbeing. You’ll hear how Jo runs a co-working space in Reigate, Surrey. Alongside her coaching, she offers retreats for anyone running a small business or who is self-employed. The next one is mid July in Ibiza, and another later in the year in the UK (DM Jo if you want to jump into this one @joloveshair) which are a safe and nurturing space for you to rest, laugh, plan and prepare.
