Ep26 - Leadership tales and some GenZ callout
In this episode I talked about some of the challenges of working with GenZ , like a lot of leaders are currently going through. NOTE: I understand not all GenZ are like this. But as you all know, I like to share and keep it real on my thoughts and after all it's my experience and some other people's experiences that I have been privileged to knowing. Leadership or Leading can sound exciting but sometimes it comes with challenging waters and it feels like you are walking on egg shells. You can be good at what you do and love leading people but sometimes the people you are meant to lead can be Village people in their various corners. I have learnt, I am learning and I am looking forward to the reality of that statement "This too shall pass" Don't forget to share, like & follow
