Vernon Payne is a comedian and storyteller from Brooklyn, NY. He got his start in Albany, NY in 2009 and since then has gone on to perform two one man shows for the Emerging Artist Festival called “Teenage Love” and “Hilariously Mediocre”. Vernon has also recently been part of the World Stages PBS show Stories For The Stage.
