In this episode, I talk about business wisdom from the Scriptures, and I bring out Ecclesiastes 3:1 - 8, which is a well known passage that basically tells us that there is a time and place for everything. I make the following points: Sometimes we need to stand our ground in time of conflict with a customer. The customer is not always right. Sometimes we need to yield even if the customer is not all the way right for the sake of preserving the long term relationship. Knowing which way to go is a judgment call to be taken on a case by case basis.
