Coach Mills is the former head football coach of Charleston Southern University and served as a graduate assistant for Hall of Fame Coach, Lou Holtz. Coach Mills also served as an assistant coach at Harvard, Boise State, and others during his coaching career. Today, Coach Mills continues to coach leaders as an Executive Pastor in Kentucky, at Pleasant Valley Community Church.
During his interview, Coach Mills drops a lot of wisdom that he gained from his coaching career and personal life.
