Episode 45 - What's On The Other Side Of Anxiety?
How do you deal with anxiety? It is something every single one of us has had to deal with and overcome at some point in our life’s, something that you can’t see but is always there in some way, something that can either leave us frozen in time or something we can overcome and leave behind us. Just because it’s easy at one point doesn’t necessarily mean it’s always going to be that way, it is going to change depending on you current circumstances and might be even harder then it used to be in the past but that doesn’t mean you still can’t overcome it like you have before. The more you can do this, the easier it gets! The conversation you have in your own head suddenly starts to sound a little bit nicer and opportunity’s seem to get a little bit closer. Over time this will compound on itself and make situation you used to dread seem like a walk in the park. Right now I’m currently in the process of compounding those habits to quit that anxious voice that stops me from getting the most out of every opportunity I’m given. Enjoy!
