I have been a people pleaser in my past and noticed I was always "kind" or "nice", but it was because I was seeking some form of validation. This is not limited to friendships or romantic relationships, but also family relationships. Naturally we want people to look at us in a positive way, but when is enough enough? Are you kind ?
