It's still Halloween season in Outlaw country!This episode the Outlaws take in a tag team heavy Havoc '90 which features an unbelievable cameo from The Black Scorpion, JR in Gangster get-up and Tony Schiavone as the Phantom of the Opera. In the ring we get a fun main event where newest Horseman Sid takes on the champion Sting, meanwhile Doom look to defend their tag team titles against a fun pairing of Ric Flair and Arn Anderson.
