Episode 7 - Carman Murray
Carmen works with teachers to support them in finding the balance between their classroom and personal life. She'd like them to know they don't have to be so tired and rundown.Carman is a former classroom teacher who has transitioned into mentoring and supporting others in their healing journey. In the last 20 years she has shifted her own life priorities to align with the gifts that she has to offer. Some of the tools that she uses include meditation, yoga, ayurveda and reiki.
