Episode 85: Emotional Mastery
Addiction, physical abuse, and suicide are at all-time highs, indicating that society does not understand how to handle emotions. And we are aware that feelings are tangible. It is possible to feel your own emotions, the feelings of others, and the emotions of other individuals. We are all affected by this. Additionally, the world is heavy. And on this episode of the podcast, we're going to delve deep into emotional mastery, how to regulate your emotions, and what that looks like. Simply by being able to manage your emotions and become an emotional master, you can change the world.
