Michael discusses how he became the subject of a coroner's court case follwing a patient's death, how medical staff put their own lives at risk having to make life-or-death decisions, and explains some of difficulties of working in the modern NHS. They also cover how Michael's experiences in medicine led to his pursuit of comedy, and how he coped with both medicine and comedy during the pandemic.
