Now, this takes the cake; Billy was going around pretending to be a maintenance man and entering the homes of older women and killing them. He smothered his victims with a pillow, and most doctors had ruled it as "death by natural causes."  He thought he was getting away with his crimes because " death by smothering using a pillow" is hard to detect.
